Government
Subsidies.

Central and state incentives can fund a meaningful share of a new project — but only for businesses that register in the right order and document as they go. We handle both.

Overview

Subsidy work rewards sequence far more than persistence. Several schemes require registration or prior approval before a single rupee of eligible expenditure is incurred, and a business that builds first and applies later frequently finds the expenditure falls outside the eligible period.

We assess eligibility honestly at the outset, tell you which scheme actually fits, and set out what has to be in place before the project begins. Where a business does not qualify, we say so rather than filing an application that will be rejected months later.

From there the work is documentary: application, claim, inspection support and follow-up until the incentive is released. Scheme conditions are revised frequently, so confirm the current position with us before committing capital expenditure on the strength of an expected subsidy.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

How early should we involve you?

Before any capital expenditure begins. Several schemes require registration or prior approval, and expenditure incurred earlier can fall outside the eligible period entirely. The single most expensive mistake in subsidy work is starting the project first and asking about incentives afterwards.

Is approval guaranteed?

No, and any firm that promises otherwise should be treated with caution. Approval depends on scheme conditions, budget availability at the nodal agency and the completeness of documentation. What we can offer is an honest eligibility assessment at the outset and a complete, correctly sequenced application.

How long until the money actually arrives?

Longer than most promoters expect. Claims typically follow commercial production and an inspection, and release depends on the nodal agency's own cycle. We plan projects on the assumption that the subsidy is a reimbursement rather than working capital, so cash flow does not depend on its timing.

Can more than one scheme apply to the same project?

Sometimes, and sometimes claiming under one closes the door on another. Central and state benefits occasionally combine; components within a single policy usually cannot be claimed twice for the same expenditure. We map this before the first application is filed.
